Start with the people
Bring people together around a shared interest. Make time for introductions, share what everyone is looking forward to, and agree on a time, a place, and a game everyone is comfortable learning. Ask about accessibility needs before making the plan.
Create a gathering, then share the PIN
In Veylo, choose Create gathering and give it a clear title. Set the capacity, including yourself. Share the six-digit PIN directly with your invited friends. Keep leading zeros when copying it. A PIN checks a gathering; joining is a separate step.
Keep private details with your group
Use a general city or area in your invitation. Keep a home address and other sensitive details within the invited group. Only use your own gathering PIN, and do not publish another person’s information.
Make room for a fair first turn
Choose a host to explain the goal, turn order, and how scoring works. Agree on a speaking time together. Open Turn Timer or Scoreboard from the app when useful; both work without a network connection.
